The Enterprise Architecture Services Community enables business executives and enterprise architects a virtual forum to EASC'ly demonstrate and showcase their vision and "tricks-of-the-trade" in driving business-technology convergence.
The EASC concept promotes a corporate "community" approach to define, implement, and maintain a library of agile, dynamic, and objectives-driven techniques that are loosely coupled and easily tailored to each specific tactical team instantiation to realize adoption of the enterprise "convergence roadmap" across all lines of business and technology operations. The "convergence" imperative requires IT and business organizations to have actionable mechanisms in place that empower synchronization for significantly greater efficiency and competitive advantage in an ever increasing global and agile marketplace. EASC members will find discussion threads providing insight into pragmatic and actionable architecture views and segmentation, roles, tenets, tools, techniques, and cross-dependency risk management practices used to accomplish:
Convergence of strategic needs and tactical solutions to gain efficiencies; Bridging of knowledge gaps across multiple LoB's; Unification of Programs, and project teams; Simplification of complexity; Optimization of systems and operations; Identification and management of dependencies; Better resource utilization and cost estimating; Improved quality, system availability, SLA's, resiliency, and agility; Less redundancy across all technology areas; Revenue uplift, greater ROI, and reduced TCO.
The application of EASC approaches are being realized through the Partnership for Accountable Civilizations (PAC) and uses EASC business and technology synchronization techniques to instill "common sense in a world of uncommon nonsense."
Use this form to learn how you can gain industry and personal recognition through involvement with the EASC.
