Mr. Sternberger provides more than 25 years of applied software systems development, M&A, process, digital strategy, and architecture assurance industry leadership to our clients. In this capacity, he assures executive teams have an effective roadmap with measures to drive innovative product development and business-technology convergence solutions for maximum ROI. Mr. Sternberger is accountable for establishment of enterprise architecture competencies on behalf of and for our key MarkITS accounts. As a fully certified Global Enterprise Architect (GEAO) and an Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects (AOGEA) Fellow, he is frequently published as visionary Enterprise Architecture leader. "Board room" to "clean room" product development and solutions delivery leadership spans the Global 500 and Government sectors for industries including e-commerce, high technology, financial services, capital markets, education, insurance, C4I, Avionics, Undersea Warfare, Homeland Security, and Underwater Acoustics / Sonar. Mr. Sternberger serves on the Board of Directors overseeing finance, risk, and operational governance at the Center for the Advancement of the Enterprise Architecture Profession; and is Founder and President of the Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects, New England Chapter.

Andy Zhang, Managing Director
Mr. Zhang joined the firm in 2008 with a wealth of experience as a solution architect and capacity management planner for enterprise IT services highly available high volume transaction systems supporting Wall Street trading systems. He specializes in identifying, aligning, and analyzing requirements, solution and deployment design, app/system performance and consolidation, driving process for best practices, and on-time quality delivery of resilient solutions. Previously with Fidelity Investments. Mr. Zhang brings tremendous breadth and depth in SDLC and product/service delivery directing user and cross-function staff interactions in requirements gathering, definition, analysis, solutions design, and implementations that are directly traceable to the business needs with measurable ROI.
